Shruti Haasan to play lead role in Prashanth Neel’s action film Salar

Hyderabad: The makers of Prabhas starrer Salar have released a special birthday poster to wish the film’s heroine Shruti Haasan on her birthday.
As the Gabbar Singh actress celebrated her birthday on Friday, Prabhas, the protagonist of his upcoming film- Salar, took to his social media platform to release a picture. Sharing the poster, Prabhas wrote, “Happy birthday to my entertaining heroine, energy ball Shruti Haasan on the sets! Salar.
Shruti Haasan is playing the role of Aadya in the upcoming film Salaar to be directed by Prashanth Neel. Though the makers haven’t revealed much in the poster, Shruti Haasan is seen in a simple long sleeved dress as she looks up at the sky.
Saalar is one of the high budget upcoming films to feature Prabhas.
Just like the film KGF brought him so much fame, Prashant is pinning hopes on Neel Salar to continue his good work.
While it is reported that some of the shooting schedules have been scrapped, the upcoming schedules will be crucial for the makers. Chandan’s production banner KGF fame Hombale Films is controlling Salar.
