Talking to News Nation, Lakshmi Devi told that she became a self-help member in 2015, then joined the CAC project and went door-to-door to provide banking facilities. But after watching Bollywood film actor Akshay Kumar’s film Padman, he decided to give employment to the woman, in which he faced great difficulty in the beginning. But due to tireless efforts, she is giving employment to many women at home today. Not only this, rural women used to face a lot of problems due to lack of medical facilities for women in the village, but today women without any hesitation are helping hand in this work.
At the same time, the help of Udaipur MP Arjun Lal Meena also proved to be very effective for the Padman woman and is making her mark. Lakshmi expressed her desire to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Akshay Kumar, so that her spirits remain intact.
