Major completes 50 days at the box office

Hyderabad: Adivi Shesh-starrer and biographical action drama Major has completed 50 days at the box office winning hearts across the country and earned Rs 70.25 crore worldwide.
The film based on the life of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who lost his life in service during the 26/11 terror attacks in Mumbai in 2008, was loved by the audience and has done well at the box office.
To celebrate the film’s run of 50 days, Adivi wrote a lovely note on Twitter: My most successful film ever. My most meaningful film. Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan sir has blessed us.
The actor said, “It was an honor for me to play the role of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan and I am grateful that people have loved me and showered so much love for the film and me.
Adivi made his Hindi film debut with Major, for which he also wrote the story and screenplay.
