Director Ekta Kapoor often remains a part of the news for her great shows and films. But this time she is gathering discussion not about her shows but about the FIR against her. Actually, it happened that a court in Begusarai, Bihar on Wednesday filed a complaint against Ekta Kapoor and her mother Shobha Kapoor for insulting soldiers in their popular web series ‘XXX’ Season 2. And has issued an arrest warrant for hurting the sentiments of his family members. The court of Justice Vikas Kumar has issued the warrant on the basis of the complaint of former soldier and Begusarai resident Shambhu Kumar.

Let us tell you that Shambhu Kumar had alleged in his complaint in 2020 that ‘Series ‘XXX’ (Season-2) has shown many objectionable scenes related to the wife of a soldier. While speaking on this, Shambhu’s lawyer Hrishikesh Pathak said that, ‘The series was shown on Alt Balaji, the OTT platform owned by Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms Limited. Shobha Kapoor is also associated with Balaji Telefilms.
Along with this, let us tell you that the court had issued summons on Ekta and asked her to appear in the case. Let us inform that while giving information to the court, Ekta had told that the scenes were removed after the objection. Whereas he (Ekta Kapoor) did not do this. A warrant has been issued against Ekta after she appeared before the court.
