The makers of The Last Film Show (Chhelo Show) have chosen to celebrate that the film is India’s official entry to the 95th Oscars, in 95 cinemas on Thursday night, a day before the film’s actual release date. Tickets for the release, and the show have been priced at a nominal Rs 95. Celebrating the magic of cinema, and seeing the huge buzz around the title, the makers of Last Film Show (Chhelo Show) are releasing the film on the last show on Thursday, 13 October.

While the Gujarati-language play was set to release theatrically across India on Friday (October 14), viewers can now watch it only on Thursday night.

Considering your selection for the 95th Academy Awards, the final film show will now open in 95 cinemas for a ticket price of Rs.95.

Sharing the news, director Pan Nalin said, There is tremendous excitement among fans for our film Last Film Show (Chhelo Show) and we all are very happy to release it on Thursday’s Last Show.

Siddharth Roy Kapur, Producer of Roy Kapur Films and Dhir Momaya of Jugaad Motion Pictures jointly said, “We are thrilled that our film Last Film Show (Chhelo Show) is finally reaching its appropriate destination – the cinema big screen. With the exhibitors along with us, we are releasing the film in 95 cinemas on Thursday’s final show at a ticket price of Rs.95.

The makers have clarified that the price of Rs 95 per ticket will be for the show to be held on Thursday only.

The Last Film Show is produced by Roy Kapur Films, Jugaad Motion Pictures, Monsoon Films and Chhelo Show LLP. Roy Kapur Films is distributing the film in India in partnership with PVR. The film will be released by Samuel Goldwyn Films in the USA and Orange Studios in France. Shochiku Studios and Medusa are bringing the film to Japanese and Italian theaters respectively.
