Iranian model Mahlagha Jaberi looks like Aishwarya to social media users

Mumbai: Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s Mahlagha is a doppelganger in Jaberi and fans on social media can’t stop talking about the uncanny resemblance between the two.
Aishwarya’s lookalike is identified as a 33-year-old Iranian-American fashion model based out of California. He is also a sensation on Instagram where he has 4.1 million followers.
Jaberi has walked the red carpet at the Cannes Film Festival in 2021 and 2022 and has been a part of several fashion festivals as well.
Aishwarya is the winner of Miss World 1994 pageant. She is known for her work in Hindi and Tamil films. In her two-decade-long journey in the acting business, Aishwarya has received several awards including the Padma Shri in 2009 and the Orde des Arts et des Lettres by the French government in 2012.
On the work front, Aishwarya will be seen in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan.
The film is based on the classic Tamil novel Ponniyin Selvan by renowned writer Kalki. Touted as his dream project by Mani Ratnam, the film will be one of the costliest projects in the country till date.
The film has excellent business handling in each of its departments. AR Rahman is composing the music for this epic film and the cinematography is done by Ravi Varman. National Award winning art director Thottaa Tharani is in charge of production design while Mani Ratnam’s credible editor Sreekar Prasad is the editor.
