The team of Brahmastra is going from one city to another for the promotion of the film. But in the meantime, the film is also facing the boycott trend. But even before the darshan, Hindu activists and Bajrang Dal started protesting. Bajrang Dal said that Ranbir Kapoor eats beef, so he cannot be allowed to enter the temple. He started shouting slogans outside the temple and also raised black flags. After which the police lathi-charged the protesters and only Ayan Mukerji was able to visit the temple. Alia and Ranbir were outside the temple.
